Account data: the full name, email address, phone number and WhatsApp number you provide when signing up or editing your profile.

Listing content: photos, descriptions, prices and vehicle details you publish, as well as your shop profile and cover images.

Usage data: pages visited, listing view counts and basic technical information (device type, browser) needed to run the site.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to run the platform: display your listings and shop, let buyers contact you, secure your account and improve our services.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. What is public

KamerCar is a marketplace: your listings, seller name, shop page and the contact numbers you choose to display are publicly visible so buyers can reach you. Do not include anything in your listings you do not want to be public.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with our technical service providers (hosting and database) to the extent needed to operate the service, and with authorities where required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your listings at any time from your profile. To delete your account and associated data, email us at contact@thenet.cm.

7. Security

We use standard technical measures (encrypted connections, secure authentication) to protect your data. No system is infallible, so we recommend using a strong, unique password.

8. Your rights
